Step into a deeply restorative Sound Bath Experience designed to reset your nervous system and realign your energy. We’ll begin with 25 minutes of healing Crystal Singing Bowls, allowing their pure tones to gently open your heart, calm your mind, and bring balance to your chakras. Followed by either drumming or gong sound bath—a cosmic journey that invites release, renewal, and spiritual alignment. On the second and fourth Sunday of each month, join us at Elks Theatre in Prescott! Whether you’re seeking stress relief, spiritual clarity, or simply a moment of stillness, this experience offers a full-spectrum sound healing immersion to support your well-being on every level. Bring your mat if you have one. We do also have some for you to use. Suggested donation $10 - $30
