Inner Light Summer Camp

Service Description

Inner Light Summer Camp is a unique, heart-led experience for kids ages 7–12 designed to nurture emotional wellness, creativity, and confidence for the week of June 9th - 13th and July 21st - 25th. Through playful movement (like yoga), calming mindfulness practices, and gentle energy-based activities, children will learn how to tune into their feelings, support themselves through stress, and feel more empowered in their everyday lives. We’ll explore kindness, intuition, and personal strength through games, breathwork, sound healing, and creative expression—all in a safe, supportive environment. Each day also includes a fun and uplifting Somatic Activated Healing (SAH) segment—a rhythmic movement and music-based practice that helps kids release emotions, connect with their bodies, and feel more grounded. The approach will be playful and light, giving kids permission to express themselves freely and joyfully through movement. While this camp is rooted in practices like reiki, yoga, and self-awareness, we do not teach or practice mediumship, psychic development, or animal communication. Our focus is always on light, love, and tools that support healthy emotional growth. Each day includes: Movement (Yoga or stretching) Energy Practice (Reiki, grounding, chakra work) Creativity (Art, journaling, games) Stillness (Meditation, sound healing, storytelling) Make sure your kiddo has a snack before camp! And have them bring water. No juice or food items are allowed into the studio.
