Every Third Sunday | 7 PM | Sun Salutations Studio Join us for an evening of rhythm, resonance, and soulful connection at our monthly Community Drum Circle. Held on the third Sunday of each month, this gathering invites you to co-create a powerful soundscape with others who feel the call of the drum. Drumming in a group isn't just fun—it’s deeply healing. It promotes grounding, stress relief, emotional release, heart coherence, and even immune boosting through rhythmic entrainment. As we sync to a shared beat, we open space for connection: to self, to community, and to Spirit. Whether you’re a seasoned drummer or simply drawn to the pulse of collective rhythm, you’re welcome here. Please bring your own drum or percussion instrument. Suggested donation: $5–$15 All levels of experience welcome.
