This workshop will be available for reservations starting Sept 1. Awakening the Intuitive Self is a 4-session workshop designed to help you explore and strengthen your natural psychic and spiritual abilities. Through gentle guidance, practical exercises, and reflective journaling, you’ll learn to recognize your intuitive strengths, connect with spirit, and trust the messages you receive. Each session combines teaching, hands-on practice, and group discussion, giving you the tools to bring greater awareness, clarity, and empowerment into your daily life. Oct. 5th 1pm - 2:30pm Session 1: Foundations of Spirit & Intuition What spirit is (guides, loved ones, higher self, universal energy) How psychic ability is a natural human sense Debunking myths + creating a safe, grounded container Practices: grounding, centering, energy awareness exercise Oct. 12th 1pm - 2:30pm Session 2: Tuning In — Opening the Psychic Senses The “Clairs” How each person experiences intuition differently How to notice signs, symbols, and synchronicities Practices: guided meditation to meet a guide, journaling intuitive impressions Oct. 19th 1pm - 2:30pm Session 3: Spirit Communication & Psychic Connection The difference between mediumship and psychic knowing How spirit communicates with us Ethics, boundaries, and protection Practices: partner exercise (reading energy), short spirit connection practice Oct. 26th 1pm - 2:30pm Session 4: Integration & Living Spiritually Connected Trusting your intuition in daily life Keeping your energy clear How to continue developing your gifts Closing circle $40 covers all four sessions.
